During the period when Lord Tsuchitsu [Hoshina Masayuki] was residing in his private quarters [before succeeding to headship], he was frequently summoned and appeared before his lord.
Item: In the fourth year of Shōtoku [the year of the Boar, 1714], he was summoned to serve at the Office of Accounts [Go-kanjōsho].
