現代語訳
（前ページより続き）御目見を減らされることになったので、職人一同と共に御目見を行うよう仰せ付けられ、職人一同と御目見を行った。その後、職人の帯刀が御停止となった節に、帯刀も相止められた。
一、元禄十一寅年（1698年）三月、願いの通り御擬作を召し上げられた。
一、宝永八卯年（1711年）正月朔日（一日）、病死。法名、安誉清心居士。葬所は同上。

Item: On the first day of the first month of the eighth year of Hōei [the year of the Rabbit, 1711], he died of illness. Posthumous Buddhist name: Anyo Seishin Koji. Place of burial: same as above.

Actually the legitimate eldest son of Kasuya [correction: fuse-keshi indicating "fu" crossed out and replaced with "ichi"] Uemon [name unknown].
Wife: Daughter of his adoptive father Yodayū Kiyoyuki
Item: In the third month of the eleventh year of Genroku [the year of the Tiger, 1698], in accordance with his [adoptive] parent's provisional stipend, he was granted eighteen koku and ordered to supervise the dye-houses [kōya].
