現代語訳
過ぎに宮田宿名主甚蔵方へ参上したところ、間もなくご到着になったため宿場の外へ出向いた。御家令三浦寛蔵という方にお会いし、御通行のため当宿へ出役したことについて、相応の御用をお申し付けくださるよう申し上げて手札を差し出した。
一 出宅の際、庁掌へ左のとおり御届けを差し出した。

一 今朝六時過ぎに御発駕のため宿場の外へ出向いたところ、御使いとして久保田宗橘という方が参られ、この度の通行について御出役くださった段、知事公より宜しく申し聞かせるようにとの旨を申し付けられ、左のとおり御目録を下された。

Shortly after, I went to the residence of Jinzō, the headman of Miyada post station, and soon after the lord's arrival, I went outside the inn. I met with the house administrator named Miura Kanzō, and regarding my service for the lord's passage, I submitted a letter requesting that appropriate duties be assigned to me.
One: When departing home, I submitted the following notification to the government office:

For the passage of His Lordship the Governor to Miyada post station,
I am serving today. I hereby submit this notification.

One: This morning after six o'clock, for the lord's departure, I went outside the post station, where an envoy named Kubota Sōkitsu came and conveyed that His Lordship the Governor wished to express his appreciation for my service during this passage, and the following rewards were granted:

One: 50 mon in gold for horse and porter allocation
