右の見分が相済み、洗馬宿へ引き上げ、訴訟当事者双方の
申し分を立ち会いの上で尋ねたところ、格外に
食い違いがあったため、話し合いの上、明日二十八日五時
までに書面にして提出するよう連絡した。
同二十八日
一 訴訟当事者双方の申し分を書面で提出させたところ、前夜
の通り言い分が食い違っているため、とても早急な
解決には至りそうもないので、すべて塩尻局の
官員へ検査の件を依頼し、明日二十九日に引き上げる
旨を先触として出した。もっとも塩尻局の両人は
今夕引き上げることになった。
同二十九日
一 朝五時過ぎに洗馬宿を出発し、小野宿で昼食をとった。

The two officials from Shiojiri Bureau were to withdraw this evening.
