一 此度酒造稼方相々可致対談行届キ
申候然上は造□得と帳面ニ相認三人
立合帳面相調利得之内株金酒造

相互間での書面による取り決め事項
一、この度酒造業について相互で行うことを話し合い、合意に至りました。ついては、酒造による利益と帳面に記録し、三人立ち会いのもと帳面を整理し、利益の内から株金、酒造の諸道具並びに土地代、利子金二十五両を差し引き、残った余剰金は両人で二等分することを取り決めいたします。ただし、年々の返済金の多少については、相互に相談して決めることを承知いたします。よって規定を取り交わし、ここに証文といたします。
一、年々利益がある場合には、兄上にも金五両ずつお渡しするという話し合いがございます。

Mutual Written Agreement
Article 1: Regarding the sake brewing business that we have mutually agreed to undertake through our discussions and have reached an accord. Therefore, we shall record the profits from sake brewing in the ledger, and with three parties present, we shall organize the accounts. From the profits, we will deduct the investment capital, various sake brewing equipment, land costs, and interest of twenty-five ryō, and the remaining surplus shall be divided equally between the two parties as stipulated. However, regarding the amount of annual repayments, we acknowledge that this shall be determined through mutual consultation. Therefore, we exchange this agreement as a written contract.
Article 1: When there are annual profits, it has been agreed that five ryō each will also be sent to the elder brother.
