現代語訳
天正三年（1575年）長篠合戦の時にも武功があった。その子柘植市兵衛は
丹羽五郎左衛門殿に仕えていたが、その後中川瀬兵衛殿に仕えた。天正
六年（1578年）播州神木沢城攻めの時に高名があり、同十一年（1583年）勢州亀山城
攻めの時にも働きがあった。その子柘植数馬、その子柘植平九郎信成、その子
伊右衛門景林である。
吉邦公の御代、享保六年辛丑年（1721年）に跡知を下される

先祖福田甚兵衛という者が結城御家に仕えていたと言い伝えられている。その子
福田八郎左衛門、その弟福田七郎左衛門という。この七郎左衛
門は川原喜右衛門という者の婿である。この喜右衛門は鍋島
丹後守様に仕えていたが、大猷院様の御代に御直参御鷹匠に
召し出されたところ、実子がいないため、婿の福田七郎左衛門（この節
松平大和守様に仕えていた）を願って養子にし、川原喜兵衛
と名乗った。八郎左衛門吉弘はこの喜兵衛の兄であるが、
光通公の御代に召し出された。

He also achieved military merit at the Battle of Nagakute in Tenshō 3 (1575). His son Tsuge Ichibei
served Lord Niwa Gorōzaemon, and later served Lord Nakagawa Sehyōe. In Tenshō
6 (1578) he gained distinction during the attack on Kamikisawa Castle in Harima Province, and in the same era's 11th year (1583) he also distinguished himself during the attack on Kameyama Castle in Ise Province. His son was Tsuge Kazuma, whose son was Tsuge Heikurō Nobunari, whose son was Iemon Kagebayashi.

●Fukuda Hachirōzaemon Yoshihiro《Note: Original province Shimōsa, birth province Musashi｜surname unknown》
It is handed down that an ancestor named Fukuda Jinbei served the Yuki house. His son
was Fukuda Hachirōzaemon, and his younger brother was called Fukuda Shichirōzaemon. This Shichirō-
zaemon was the son-in-law of a man named Kawara Kiemon. This Kiemon served Lord Nabeshima
Tango-no-kami, but during the reign of Lord Taiyūin he was summoned to serve as a direct retainer and falconer.
Since he had no biological son, he petitioned to adopt his son-in-law Fukuda Shichirōzaemon (who at that time
was serving Lord Matsudaira Yamato-no-kami) and he took the name Kawara
Kihei. Hachirōzaemon Yoshihiro was the elder brother of this Kihei, and
was summoned during Lord Mitsumichi's reign.
