鰐淵将監正広ト申者朝倉義景ニ仕へ候其子次郎左衛門
弘治元年乙卯年十月十三日加州能美郡折口ニテ高名仕
義景ヨリ給候感状于今有之候其後天正元癸酉八月十四
日於江州刀根朝倉義景万死一生ノ軍之節討死仕候由其
子鰐淵勘太郎政広ト申者ハ小太郎政幸父ニテ候当国丸
岡ノ城主青山修理大夫殿ニ相勤候鰐淵先祖之儀覚書所
持仕候

●鰐淵小太郎政幸《本国出雲 生国越前｜姓藤原 初名高屋金右衛門》
先祖は佐々木家であり、足利尾張守孝経に属していたという。
鰐淵将監正広という者が朝倉義景に仕えていた。その子次郎左衛門は
弘治元年乙卯年十月十三日、加州能美郡折口にて戦功を挙げ、
義景より賜った感状が今でも残っている。その後天正元年癸酉八月十四
日、江州刀根において朝倉義景の万死一生の戦いの際に討死したという。その
子鰐淵勘太郎政広という者は小太郎政幸の父であり、当国丸
岡の城主青山修理大夫殿に仕えていた。鰐淵家先祖の件について覚書を
所持している。

The ancestors were of the Sasaki family and reportedly served under Ashikaga Owari-no-kami Takanori.
Wanibuchi Shōgen Masahiro served Asakura Yoshikage. His son Jirōzaemon
distinguished himself in battle at Origuchi in Nomi District, Kaga Province on the 13th day of the 10th month of the 1st year of Kōji, year of the Wood Rabbit (1555),
and a commendation letter from Yoshikage still exists today. Later, on the 14th day of the 8th month of the 1st year of Tenshō, year of the Water Rooster (1573),
he died in battle at Tane in Ōmi Province during Asakura Yoshikage's desperate final battle. His
son Wanibuchi Kantarō Masahiro was Kotarō Masayuki's father and
served Lord Aoyama Shuridayū, the castle lord of Maruoka in this province. He possesses
a memorandum concerning the Wanibuchi family ancestry.
