先祖下川金左衛門ト申者 秀康公御代相勤松平出羽守
様エ御附人ニ罷越候由其子下川金左衛門永照ト申者三
百石被下相勤罷有以後御暇申請医師ニ罷成下川寿庵ト
申候而京都ニ罷有候処松平但馬守様エ被召出米百俵十
人扶持被下置候其後御暇申請浪人仕候其子下川弥二右

吉品公が吉江にいた時、明暦二年丙申年（1656年）に召し出された
● 下川弥次右衛門政永（本国不明、生国越前、姓不明）
先祖下川金左衛門という者は 秀康公の御代に仕え、松平出羽守
様へ御附人として参ったということである。その子下川金左衛門永照という者は三
百石を下され仕えていたが、その後御暇を申し請けて医師となり、下川寿庵と
申して京都にいたところ、松平但馬守様に召し出され、米百俵十
人扶持を下し置かれた。その後御暇を申し請けて浪人した。その子下川弥二右
衛門政永は父と一緒に浪人し、その後当国金津にいて、その後
召し出された

元禄四年辛未年（1691年）に故有って御暇を下され、同六年癸酉年（1693年）に召し返された

His ancestor, a man called Shimokawa Kinzaemon, served during Lord Hideyasu's reign and went as an attendant to
Lord Matsudaira Dewa-no-kami. His son, a man called Shimokawa Kinzaemon Nagasho, was granted three
hundred koku and served, but later requested leave and became a physician, calling himself Shimokawa Jūan.
While he was in Kyoto, he was summoned by Lord Matsudaira Tajima-no-kami and granted one hundred hyō of rice and
stipend for ten men. Later he requested leave and became a rōnin. His son, Shimokawa
Yajirōemon Masanaga, became a rōnin together with his father, and later was in Kanazu in this province, after which
he was summoned
