吉品公於吉江承応元壬辰年被召出
●大久保治大夫守継《割書：本国上野 生国越前｜姓藤原 初称田辺》
守継父大久保清右衛門ト申者慶長元和之頃当国へ罷越
所縁之者ヲ頼川北筋ニ浪人ニテ蟄居仕相果候其子大久
保定之進ト申者モ浪人ニテ罷有候此者之妻あこト申女
守継母ニテ候然処定之進儀守継幼少之時分相果申ニ付
あこ儀松原左伝治ト申者ノ方エ再縁仕其後よつト女子
ヲ出生仕候其頃 吉品公御幼稚ノ砌御乳母ヲ御尋ニ付
右よつト申女被召出乳房ヲ指上候其時分治大夫儀ハ未
幼少ニ候而田辺宗賢ト申所縁ノ者ノ方ニ養育ヲ請罷有
候処被召出候其時分右ノ養育ノ者ノ由緒ニ付テ田辺ヲ
称号仕候へ共本名ニ付以後大久保ニ相改候

吉品公が吉江にいた時、承応元年壬辰年（1652年）に召し出された
● 大久保治大夫守継（本国上野、生国越前、姓藤原、初め田辺と称す）
守継の父大久保清右衛門という者が、慶長・元和の頃（1596-1624年頃）当国へやって来た。
縁故のある者を頼って川北筋で浪人として蟄居していたが死去した。その子大久
保定之進という者も浪人であった。この者の妻あこという女が
守継の母である。ところが定之進は守継が幼少の時分に死去したため、
あこは松原左伝治という者のもとへ再婚し、その後よつという女子を
産んだ。その頃、吉品公が幼い時に乳母を探していたところ、
右のよつという女が召し出されて乳房を差し上げた。その時分、治大夫はまだ
幼少であり、田辺宗賢という縁者のもとで養育を受けていた
ところ召し出された。その時分、右の養育者の由緒によって田辺を
名乗っていたが、本名によって以後大久保に改めた。

When Lord Yoshishina was at Yoshie, summoned in the 1st year of Jōō, year of the Water Dragon (1652)
● Ōkubo Jidayū Moritsugu (home province: Kōzuke, birth province: Echizen, clan: Fujiwara, initially called Tanabe)
Moritsugu's father, a man called Ōkubo Seiemon, came to this province around the Keichō and Genna eras (ca. 1596-1624).
He relied on acquaintances and lived in seclusion as a rōnin in the Kawakita region until his death. His son, a man
called Ōkubo Sadanonoshin, was also a rōnin. This man's wife, a woman named Ako, was
Moritsugu's mother. However, when Sadanonoshin died while Moritsugu was still young,
Ako remarried to a man called Matsubara Sadenji, and later gave birth to a daughter
named Yotsu. Around that time, when Lord Yoshishina was young and they were searching for a wet nurse,
the aforementioned woman Yotsu was summoned and offered her breast milk. At that time, Jidayū was still
young and was being raised by a relative named Tanabe Sōken
when he was summoned. At that time, due to the lineage of his foster parent, he took the surname
Tanabe, but later changed back to Ōkubo according to his original name.
