一其後起そろひ桑付し桑を大に切て二
度かけて起跡を立へし此後は毎（まい）日跡立

【右丁】
一 その後起き揃い、桑付きした桑を大きく切って二
度かけて起き跡を立てるべきである。この後は毎日跡立て
すべきである。涼しければ一日置いてもよい。四日目より
葉桑にてかけ、暑くても寒くても毎日跡立てすべきである。
大暑ならば一日に二度跡を立てる。夜中寝
かねるほどの暑さならば翌日を待たずに跡立て
すべきである。これより二日の間が食い盛りである。この時より

桑を多くかけ、藁田の縁一面になるほどに
すべきである。盛んに食い育たせ、食い余すほどならば
蚕の勢いが強く、繭も大きく締まりよく、糸目
多く出るものである。
引き取り様
一 六日目、昼時分よりそろそろ引き（上蔟の準備）が見えるものである。
これより又切り桑にして薄く度々かけるべきである。

1. On the sixth day, from around noon, signs of readiness for mounting (preparation for cocooning) gradually become visible. From this point, use cut mulberry again and apply it thinly and frequently.
