そうしている
ところに
舌を
切られた
雀が飛んできたので、
兎は陰に招き
ささやくと、雀はたちまち娘の
姿に化けて、爺さんが仕込んだ芸を
披露し、道成寺を踊ると皆々
浮かれ立ち、釣り鐘の代わりは「さあ
はい、この葛籠と」桜の木に
吊るし、狸は腹鼓を
打ち、猫は三味線を
弾き騒いでいるが、早くも
道成寺も踊り
終わってしまうと、邪知深い
猫は心づき「今になっても爺さんが
帰らないのは不思議だ。なんでも出たのは
嘘で、家の中に隠れているであろう。
さあ探せ」と言えば、兎は納戸に爺さん
を隠していることなので大いに驚き「次へ」
