浅間山鬼神会合の事
既に三｜年（トセ）の春を過天明三年卯の夏に
成しかば焼鎌（ヤヘカマ）の敏鎌（トカマ）を以浅間山の八
重雲を伐払ひ何事もく知食（クシロメセ）と事 依（ヨザシテ）て
有ければ浅間山も漸と晴々敷ぞ成にける
浅間山尽々と思よふ我此山は古ゟ守護
不入の霊場にて有けるに斯戒を請し事
偏に白雲山の所為（シワサ）なり此鬱憤を晴さんと
手下の鬼共を召集￣メ黒雲童子横雲童子に
我￣ガ憤りを語り則卑風童子｜雷（イカツチ）童子に命
して諸国の鬼（オニ）共へ觸させける先壱番に近所
なれば万澤太郎白根五郎戸隠山紅葉￣ガ末

浅間山における鬼神会合の事
既に三年の春が過ぎ、天明三年卯の夏となったので、焼鎌の敏鎌をもって浅間山の八重雲を伐り払い、「何事もよくご存知おきください」と事依りがあったので、浅間山もようやく晴れ晴れとした様子になったのであった。
浅間山はつくづくと思うのだった——「我がこの山は、古来より守護不入の霊場であったのに、このような戒めを受けたことは、ひとえに白雲山の仕業である。この鬱憤を晴らさん」と、手下の鬼どもを召し集め、黒雲童子・横雲童子に我が怒りを語り、すなわち卑風童子・雷童子に命じて諸国の鬼どもへ触れさせたのであった。まず一番に近所であるゆえ、万澤太郎・白根五郎・戸隠山の紅葉の末葉・王久羅破・丹波国千丈嶽の酒呑童子の後胤たる酒乱童・茨木童子の末孫たる次原城・伊勢国鈴鹿山の高まん童子、諸外諸国の名のある鬼どもが、慳貪嫉妬の眼を見開き、十悪五逆の牙を

The Assembly of Demon Gods at Mount Asama
When the three springs had already passed and it had become the summer of the Year of the Rabbit in Tenmei 3 [1783], the eightfold clouds over Mount Asama were cut away using the sharp sickle of the Yakigama, and a divine mandate was issued saying "Be aware of all things that have come to pass." With this, Mount Asama at last became clear and bright once more.
Mount Asama brooded deeply, thinking: "This mountain of mine has since ancient times been a sacred ground free from all outside interference, yet I have been made to receive such punishment — this is entirely the doing of Shirakumoyama. I shall clear this resentment." Summoning its subordinate demons, it spoke of its fury to Kokumō Dōji and Yokogumo Dōji, and then commanded Kafū Dōji and Ikazuchi Dōji to send word to the demons of all the provinces. First, being nearby, there came Manzawa Tarō, Shirane Gorō, the descendants of Momiji of Mount Togakushi, Wakuraba, the heir of Shuten Dōji of Senjōgatake in Tamba Province known as Shurando, the descendants of Ibaraki Dōji called Subaraki, and the great Takamandōji of Mount Suzuka in Ise Province.
