現代語訳
中ノ嶽・荒丹・妙義・箱根の宮、ならびに碓井・甘楽・多胡・緑の神々がほぼ列座されておられた。さて又、右の方には戸隠山大権現を上座として、浅間山大権現・蓼科・八子王大権現・川上金岑山大権現・川中島八幡宮・田の口新海大明神・近津大明神・八わた宿八幡宮・松原余地の社領の神々、その他海ノ口・白鳥・小諸祇園・上田大宮・鼠明神・西の宮・塩田の神社をはじめとして、真田・白山・望月・大伴・春日根の神々、総じて佐久・小県の村々の産土神等に至るまで、衣冠を正して並び座っておられた。

[Seated among them were also the deities of] Nakanodake, Arani, Myogi, and Hakone Shrine, along with the divine spirits of Usui, Kanra, Tago, and Midori districts, all assembled and seated in order. On the right side, with Togakushi-san Daigongen in the seat of honor, were: Asama-san Daigongen, Tateshina and Yashio Daigongen, Kawakami Kinminesan Daigongen, Kawanakajima Hachiman-gu, Tanokuchi Shinkai Daimyojin, Chikatsu Daimyojin, Yawata-juku Hachiman-gu, and the shrine deities of Matsubara and Yochi, as well as those of Uminokuchi, Shiratori, Komoro Gion, Ueda Omiya, Nezumi Myojin, Nishinomiya, and Shioda Shrine — and further, the deities of Sanada, Hakusan, Mochizuki, Otomo, and Kasugane, extending all the way to the tutelary deities (ubusuna-gami) of villages throughout Saku and Chiisagata districts — all seated in proper court dress with their robes arranged.
The presiding deity spoke: "The reason I have summoned all the gods together tonight is that there is a matter of divine oracle (kotoyosashi) from the deities of Izumo, concerning which I wish to hold a divine council (kamubakari). It is for this purpose that I have invited all of you here. Let me first present the matter in full."
