妻 安藤久助常興の女（むすめ）。宝暦十一巳年（1761）二月十二日、病死。法名、梅照院春式妙蔵大姉。導師、集徳山常念寺。葬所、大窪山。
一 正徳五未年（1715）五月、親の願い出の通り、初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられた事。
一 享保七寅年（1722）二月、親の願い出の通り、御番代を仰せ付けられ、小原五郎右衛門組にて御城御番を相勤めた事。
一 同十二未年（1727）六月、跡式御知行百石、相違なく下し置かれた事。
一 同十八丑年（1733）正月、頭・小原五郎右衛門組の

替えにつき、跡の御役、田中加兵衛組となった事。
一 同年二月、江戸御城の御堀浚（おほりさらえ）の御手伝普請を仰せ付けられたにつき、勤番の順にて登城するよう仰せ付けられ、自力をもって登り、同六月、御用相済み、罷り下った事。
一 同年七月、御堀浚御普請の御手伝の御用を精を出し、滞りなく相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子壱枚を下し置かれた事。
但し、登った節、拝借をもせず、自力をもって相勤めた段、御聴に達し、その旨を仰せ出された。

Wife: A daughter of Andō Kyūsuke Tsuneoki. Died of illness on the twelfth day of the second month of the eleventh year of Hōreki, the year of the Snake (1761). Posthumous Buddhist name: Baishōin Shunshiki Myōzō Daishi. Officiant monk: from Shūtokuzan Jōnenji temple. Place of interment: Ōkuboyama.
One item: In the fifth month of the fifth year of Shōtoku, the year of the Ram (1715), in accordance with his father's petition, he was granted his first formal audience [with the lord] (omemie).
One item: In the second month of the seventh year of Kyōhō, the year of the Tiger (1722), in accordance with his father's petition, he was appointed to castle guard duty (goban), and served as castle guard (gojō goban) in the unit of Obara Gorōemon.
One item: In the sixth month of the twelfth year of the same era, the year of the Ram (1727), he was granted, without discrepancy, one hundred koku of hereditary stipend (atoshiki gochigyō).
One item: In the first month of the eighteenth year of the same era, the year of the Ox (1733), due to the reorganization of the unit of commander Obara Gorōemon,

he was transferred to the subsequent post, becoming a member of the unit of Tanaka Kahei.
One item: In the second month of the same year, having received orders to assist with the construction work (otetsudai fuishin) of the moat dredging (ohori sarae) at Edo Castle, he was ordered to travel to Edo in accordance with the rotation of duty guards (kinban), and traveled there at his own expense. In the sixth month of the same year, his duties were completed and he returned home.
One item: In the seventh month of the same year, having diligently and without delay performed his duties in assisting with the moat-dredging construction work, he was awarded one piece of silver (ginshi ichimai) as a reward.
Note: It was reported to [the lord's] hearing that he had traveled and performed his duties entirely at his own expense without borrowing any funds, and a commendation was issued accordingly.
