【右丁】
一 享保二十卯年（1735）五月、親の願いの通り江戸表へ罷り登り、初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一 寛延二巳年（1749）十二月、百姓共が強訴に及んだ節、祢津新九郎へ属し、諏訪社中へ合図（連絡・手配）するよう仰せ付けられた。
一 同三午年（1750）二月、百姓共が強訴に及んだ節、出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一 宝暦元未年（1751）十一月十四日、二十七歳にて病死。法名、松樹院猛阿勇織居士。

One item: In the fifth month of Kyōhō 20, the year of the Rabbit (1735), in accordance with his father's petition, he traveled up to Edo and was granted his first audience (o-memie) [with the lord].
One item: In the twelfth month of Kan'en 2, the year of the Snake (1749), when the peasants staged a forcible petition (gōso), he was ordered to be attached to Nezū Shinkurō and to coordinate with the Suwa shrine community (Suwa-shachū).
One item: In the second month of the third year of the same era, the year of the Horse (1750), it was officially proclaimed that he had served diligently during the peasants' forcible petition.
One item: On the fourteenth day of the eleventh month of Hōreki 1, the year of the Sheep (1751), he died of illness at the age of twenty-seven. His posthumous Buddhist name (hōmyō) was Shōjuin Mōa Yūshoku Koji.
