但し、病気につき願いの上、翌申年（1752）五月に罷り登った。
一 同二申年（1752）六月、兄・平吉が病死したにつき、親の願いの通り嫡子を仰せ付けられた。
一 同四戌年（1754）六月、御膳番見習を仰せ付けられた。
一 同五亥年（1755）正月、御当代の御規式を初めて繰り出しを仰せ付けられ、中絶していたところ、滞りなく相勤めた段、

One item: In the eighth month of Hōreki 6, the year of the Rat (1756), during the occasion of the invitation of the Senior Councillors (rōjū), he served the meal arrangements admirably, receiving praise from the o-sakite-shū (vanguard retainers); it was conveyed that this was regarded as the result of his long-dedicated practice and training, and he received words of praise and commendation.
