一 同月廿五日右同断御使者大藤金左衛門《割書：直｜重》御城江罷出
《割書：御留守居松原｜善左衛門同道》御献上之御肴《割書：干｜鱚》一箱相納之
但右御返書同月廿六日御用番大久保加賀守殿ニ而御渡有之
一 七月六日為御生見玉御祝儀御使者を以例之通黄金被献之
一 同月弓師役之者江巧者成弟子共五六人宛召連罷出候様

一、六月二十四日、暑中見舞いとして機嫌伺いの使者大藤金左衛門直重を派遣。昨日二十一日に江戸表（去る十一日に国元を出立）から、今日当番の大久保加賀守忠朝殿のもとに出向き（留守居松原善左衛門同道にて）、書状を提出した。
一、同月二十五日、右同様の件で使者大藤金左衛門直重が城に出向き（留守居松原善左衛門同道にて）、献上の肴である干鱚一箱を納めた。
ただし、この返書は同月二十六日に当番の大久保加賀守殿より渡された。
一、七月六日、生見玉の祝儀として使者を通じて例年通り黄金を献上した。
一、同月、弓師役の者に腕の良い弟子五、六人ずつを連れて参上するよう命じられ、川端御茶屋において射術をご覧になり、終了後、師役をはじめ弟子たちに赤飯を下された。
一、同月七日
監物様が頭痛のため登城をお断りした。
一、同月二十日、町奉行川口摂津守重嫌殿より切紙をもって、本多飛騨守重方殿の元家来木村左五太夫の尋問の件について、岡部半兵衛元成同道で出向くべきところ、もし半兵衛が在宅していない場合は留守居のみ出向くよう、留守居まで申し来た。
一、同月二十一日、右同様の件について留守居松原善左衛門矩成が町奉行所に

Item: On the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month, for summer greetings and inquiring after health, envoy Ōtō Kinzaemon Naoshige was dispatched. Yesterday, the twenty-first, from Edo (having departed from the domain on the eleventh), today he went to the duty officer Lord Ōkubo Kaga-no-kami Tadatomo (accompanied by resident representative Matsubara Zenzaemon) and submitted a letter.
Item: On the twenty-fifth day of the same month, regarding the same matter, envoy Ōtō Kinzaemon Naoshige went to the castle (accompanied by resident representative Matsubara Zenzaemon) and presented one box of献上用の肴, dried whiting.
However, the reply letter was received on the twenty-sixth day of the same month from duty officer Lord Ōkubo Kaga-no-kami.
Item: On the sixth day of the seventh month, for the celebration of the birth of an heir, gold was presented as usual through an envoy.
Item: During the same month, archery instructors were ordered to bring along five or six skilled disciples each. Archery demonstrations were viewed at Kawabata Tea House, and after completion, red rice was bestowed upon the instructors and disciples.

Item: On the twentieth day of the same month, through an official note from Town Magistrate Kawaguchi Settsu-no-kami Shigeyoshi, regarding the interrogation of Kimura Sagotayū, former retainer of Lord Honda Hida-no-kami Shigeyoshi, instructions came to the resident representative that they should go accompanied by Okabe Hanbei Motonari, but if Hanbei was not available, only the resident representative should go.
