御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例
一 十月廿五日為御鷹狩吉江江 御出被成《割書：十一月六日｜御帰殿》
一 十一月廿九日銭相場之儀ニ付左之通御家中并町在江被
仰出之
一 近年銭七十文壱匁と直段を立取遣仕候右
銭直段にて当月晦日迄売掛り之分者小判
六十六匁之両替積りニ可致取遣事
一 貸方質物代取遣之儀ハ最前約諾之通可
致相対次第事
一 当極月朔日ゟ金銀相場次第銭取遣仕七十文
之銭直段相止可申事
右之通相守向後金銀相場ハ無之銭直段立候儀
停止被 仰出候間可得其旨候以上

一 十二月三日於華蔵寺昨二日暁ゟ今朝迄 高照院様ニ十三回
御忌御法事御執行有之於谷中南泉寺も去朔日暁ゟ
今日迄《割書：二夜｜三日》御法事御執行有之
一 同月四日寒中ニ付 御機嫌為御伺御使者横井庄八《割書：前｜賓》
現代語訳
御城にて御渡しがあり、御家来への拝領物等は例の通りであった
一、十月二十五日、御鷹狩りのため吉江へお出ましになった（十一月六日御帰殿）
一、十一月二十九日、銭相場の件について、左の通り御家中並びに町在へ仰せ出された
一、近年銭七十文を一匁として直段を立てて取引きを行っているが、この銭直段にて当月末日まで売掛りの分は、小判六十六匁の両替積りで取引きを行うこと
一、貸方質物代取引きの件は、最初の約束の通り、相対次第で行うこと
一、当極月朔日（十二月一日）より金銀相場次第で銭取引きを行い、七十文の銭直段は止めること
右の通り相守り、今後金銀相場によらない銭直段を立てることは停止すると仰せ出されたので、その旨を得るべきである。以上

一、十二月三日、華蔵寺において昨日二日の暁より今朝まで、高照院様の十三回御忌の御法事が御執行された。谷中南泉寺においても去る朔日の暁より今日まで（二夜三日）御法事が御執行された
一、同月四日、寒中につき御機嫌伺いのため、御使者横井庄八前賓を

At the castle, presentations were made, and the retainers' rewards and gifts were as usual
One: On the 25th day of the 10th month, [the lord] went out to Yoshie for falconry (returned to the castle on the 6th day of the 11th month)
One: On the 29th day of the 11th month, regarding the matter of coin exchange rates, the following was proclaimed to the retainer households and to the townspeople and rural areas:
One: In recent years, transactions have been conducted with an exchange rate of 70 mon coins to 1 monme. For outstanding debts sold by the end of this month at this coin rate, transactions shall be conducted at an exchange calculation of 66 monme per koban
One: Regarding lending and pawn transactions, they shall be conducted according to the original agreements, depending on mutual negotiation
One: From the 1st day of the current 12th month, coin transactions shall be conducted according to gold and silver market rates, and the fixed rate of 70 mon coins shall be discontinued
The above shall be observed, and henceforth the establishment of fixed coin rates independent of gold and silver market rates has been prohibited by proclamation, so this directive should be understood. The above
