一、正月朔日、年始御祝儀のため御登城。例の通り御太刀・馬代を献上し、呉服を御拝領された。
一、同月三日、御謡初の御祝儀として、御使者をもって例の通り、御盃台・御酒代を献上された。
一、同月七日、若菜の御祝儀として、御使者をもって例の通り、御肴(鯛)を献上された。

Kanpō 2nd year, Mizunoe-Inu (Year of the Dog, 1742)
Item: 1st day of the 1st month. In celebration of the New Year, [the lord] attended the castle (gonjō) as customary. A ceremonial sword and horse-price offering (odachi · umashiro) were presented, and rolls of silk fabric (gofuku) were received as a grant [from the Shōgun].
Item: 3rd day of the same month. In celebration of the first Nō chanting of the New Year (utaisome), via messenger, as per custom, a ceremonial sake stand (sakazukidai) and sake money (osaka-dai) were presented.
Item: 7th day of the same month. In celebration of the Young Herbs Festival (wakana), via messenger, as per custom, an offering of fish (sea bream/tai) was presented.
