【右丁】  平伏する《割書:通常通り》 次に精進頭が着座する《割書:小庭の屏、重門の東、若宮神前渡廊の軒下、西上で南面》 次に社司が土屋から起座する《割書:この儀式で起座するのは片岡・大田・奈良・沢田・氏神等の社司で、禰宜・祝は橋を渡り》  《割書:神前に向かって一拝し、直ちに某社へ参向する。ただし氏神の両官は橋を渡らず直ちに参向する。もっとも転供氏人《割書:新頭人》も同道する》  玉橋を経て《割書:片岡社に向かい一揖、通常通り》桜門・中門に入り、神前の座に着く  《割書:御籍屋の軒下、西上で北面》 次に神主が起座して土師尾社辺に進み立つ《割書:この時、所司・別当が扶持する制度で、衣紋を取り扇を持つ》  小庭門前において河上・小野両郷の幣二棒を執持する《割書:預から渡される》  この間、預大夫は精進頭の位署を尋ね、神主に告げる 【左丁】 次に神主が小庭に進んで奉幣する《割書:二棒を執束して両段再拝》。神前に備え立って復座する 次に禰宜《割書:大宮郷》、次に祝《割書:小山郷》、次に権禰宜《割書:中村》、次に権祝《割書:岡本》  等が各々奉幣・祝詞を終えて復座する《割書:神主と同様》 次に末社の祠官が各々某社に参向して、神供献進並びに奉幣等の儀がある《割書:この儀式は五官の奉幣終了を見て、新宮・若宮等の社司は起座して某社に参向し、先ず一拝、次に転供氏人が献進する》  《割書:神供を献進するが、庭上に備える。次に両官が奉幣するが、転供氏人が両官へ渡す。もっとも両官は三棒ずつ執束し、再拝両段で祝詞を終えて大床に献進する。この儀式は近代では本宮に準じて土居階の左右に寄り立って献進する。次に転供氏人がこれを撤して籠笥に納める。次に各々一拝して退出する。片岡・大田・奈良・沢田・氏神等の社司は土屋から直ちに参向し、もっとも片岡社をもって為とする》
