社司氏人が各々行列する（この儀式では先ず神人三十人が二行、次に神主一行、次に社司二十人が二行、次に転供三十人が二行）
（次に陰陽大夫一行、次に精進頭人五人一行、次に神馬、次に御厩別当一行、次に走馬十二疋、次に乗尻十四人が二行でこれに続く）
社頭に参向する（この儀式ではまず起座の時、座礼して玄関を下り沓を脱いで一揖、次に藤木社の前を経る時は横切りの一揖、次に一鳥居に入る）

（一鳥居の時一揖、次に下裾で一揖して二鳥居に入る。但しこの所から傘持ちや白丁等を除く。もっとも雨天の儀の時は雑色がこれを取る）
次に社司が土屋の座に着く（このほか精進頭人は禰宜橋・玉橋・楼門等を経て直ちに）
（幣殿の座に着く。転供氏人等は同じく中門妻戸等を経て直会所に昇り、社司の参向を待つ）
（但し正祝の片岡・貴船・新宮・大田等の禰宜・祝は二鳥居に入らず、相分かれて庁屋の座に着く）

Next, again arriving at the appointed time (seeing the imperial police chief proceeding to the procession route, immediately one reporting official from Shimogamo returns to his locality; this is that time)
The shrine officials and clan members each form processions (in this ceremony, first thirty shrine attendants in two rows, then the head priest in one row, then twenty shrine officials in two rows, then thirty ceremonial offering bearers in two rows)
(then the yin-yang master in one row, then five purification leaders in one row, then sacred horses, then the stable master in one row, then twelve racing horses, then fourteen horse riders in two rows following)
They proceed toward the shrine precincts (in this ceremony, first when rising from seated position, they perform a seated bow, descend from the entrance and remove shoes with one bow, then when passing in front of Fujiki Shrine they perform a crosswise bow, then enter the first torii)

(at the first torii one bow, then at the lower hem one bow and enter the second torii. However, from this point umbrella bearers and servants are excluded. Especially during rainy weather ceremonies, attendants take care of these)
Next the shrine officials take their seats at the earthen building (besides this, the purification leaders pass through Negi Bridge, Tama Bridge, the tower gate, etc. and proceed directly to)
(their seats in the offering hall. The ceremonial offering bearers and clan members likewise pass through the middle gate side doors and ascend to the feast hall, waiting for the shrine officials' arrival)
(However, the head ritualists - the negi and hafuri of Kataoka, Kifune, Shingu, Ōta, etc. - do not enter the second torii but separate and take their seats in the administrative building)
(The head ritualist takes his place in the main building. This is because there is the ceremony of the sacred treasure procession)
Next the sacred treasure procession, the divine offerings depart, and the head ritualist presents the sacred holly and katsura branches (the director passes these to him)
