次五宮申祝詞
次内陣神供撤脚社司従之《割書：但若宮祝丸盤｜十枚クリアグヘシ》
次祝閉御戸
次社司各起于神前坐而巡拝到于沢田社
次五官各着于沢田社神前坐《割書：西上北面》
次五官各奉幣 《割書：如常 但祝詞了テ平伏ノ時》
《割書：神人片木稲実《割書：今小石ヲモテ｜カハリトス》而各五官ニ｜捧ク但今ハ五官ノミ彼小石ヲ紙ニ包テマヒラス》
