栄寿院様の御用役に仰せ付けられ、席は御賄頭の上に成し下された件。
一、正徳三（巳）年閏五月、役名を「三ノ丸御用役」と称するよう仰せ付けられた件。
一、同四（午）年十一月、日参を怠りなく宜しく相勤めたことにより、席を小番の上に成し下し置かれた件。
一、享保元（申）年六月、銀子三枚を下し置かれた件。
一、同二（酉）年十二月、山本次郎太夫の二男・伴之助を婿養子にしたい旨、願いの通りお認めいただいた件。

He was appointed to the role of Official Attendant (御用役) to Lady Eiju-in, and his seat ranking was elevated to above that of the Catering Chief (御賄頭).
Item: In the intercalary fifth month of Shōtoku 3 (Year of the Snake), he was ordered that the title of his role be designated "Sannomaru Goyōyaku" (Third Enclosure Official Attendant).
Item: In the eleventh month of Shōtoku 4 (Year of the Horse), in recognition of his diligent and exemplary daily attendance without negligence, his seat ranking was raised to above that of the Kobantō (小番, junior guard duty).
Item: In the sixth month of Kyōhō 1 (Year of the Monkey), he was granted three pieces of silver (銀子三枚).
Item: In the twelfth month of Kyōhō 2 (Year of the Rooster), his request to take Bansuke, the second son of Yamamoto Jirōdayū, as his son-in-law and adopted heir (婿養子) was approved.

Item: In the eleventh month of Kyōhō 4 (Year of the Boar), he was granted a stipend of two ryō as an official duty allowance (御役料).
Item: In the second month of Kyōhō 5 (Year of the Rat), following the death of Lady Eiju-in, he was relieved of his duties and placed in a position without official role (無役).
Item: In the fifth month of Kyōhō 6 (Year of the Ox), he was appointed as Deputy Administrator (御代官).
Item: In the ninth month of Kyōhō 8 (Year of the Rabbit), due to an incident in which his subordinate official (下代), Takita Jisuke, was found to have shown favoritism (引屓), he was ordered to leave the domain (御国退去).
Item: In Kyōhō 9 (Year of the Dragon), in a month unspecified, he was permitted to return to the domain (帰参).
