Item: In the 12th month of the 7th year [Kyōhō 7, 1722], the Year of the Tiger, at his father's petition, he was appointed to the Gobandai-tozama-gumi (outer guard unit), and served as castle guard under the command of Sugita Gorōbyōe's unit.
