一、享保元（申）年十月、親・左助が病死した節、幼年につき四人扶持を下し置かれ、組外の士に召し出された事。
一、同九（辰）年四月、玉麟院様御小姓を仰せ付けられ、費料金三両ずつ年に下し置かれた事。
一、同十二（未）年二月、元服を仰せ付けられ、組外の士に召し返された事。
一、同十三（申）年二月、会津小番を仰せ付けられた事。

One entry: In the tenth month of Kyōhō 1 (1716, year of the Monkey), upon the death by illness of his father Sasuke, being still young (a minor), he was granted a stipend of four persons' rations (yonin-fuchi) and was summoned to serve as an outside-the-unit retainer (kumigai no shi).
One entry: In the fourth month of the same ninth year (Kyōhō 9, 1724, year of the Dragon), he was appointed as a page (okoshō) to Lord Gyokurin'in, and was granted an annual expense allowance (hiryōkin) of three ryō per year.
One entry: In the second month of the same twelfth year (Kyōhō 12, 1727, year of the Goat), he was granted coming-of-age ceremony (genpuku) and was recalled to serve as an outside-the-unit retainer.
One entry: In the second month of the same thirteenth year (Kyōhō 13, 1728, year of the Monkey), he was appointed to the Aizu koban (lesser guard unit).
