一城主 高遠七郷（藤澤川下入野谷中澤春近
上伊那洗馬）高三万三千石ヲ領ス

㈠徳川将軍ノ命令ヲ守リ事アルトキハ軍役三
十六騎ヲ出ス時アリテカ重役ヲシテ代テ人数
ヲ指揮セシム

現代語訳
一、城主 高遠七郷（藤沢、川下、入野、谷中沢、春近、
上伊那、洗馬）で高三万三千石を領有する
ただし実収一万三千二百石、これを四つ物成と
いう
（一）徳川将軍の命令を守ること。事があるときは軍役三
十六騎を出すことがあり、重役に代わって人数
を指揮させる
（二）平素は江戸に住む。これを定府という。常に妻子と
同居する
（三）幕府の命令によって諸役を勤める。方角火消、諸門衛、
大阪加番、同城代等である
