Natural smallpox has initial fever, while cowpox produces fever from the seventh to ninth day. Through this fever, the body's susceptibility changes completely, and one no longer receives pox again. In all cases of extremely mild natural smallpox, even when only one or two pustules appear on the entire body, the principle of not receiving pox again is no different. However, there are cases where false pox develops after inoculating with this cowpox, and this may be mistaken for true pox.
