次此経久之時正安乾元之頃徳政興行之御沙汰ヲ申立一条以北之水田
被停止甲乙人等之買領被返附社家ニ了
又此神主之時水田弐町二段永代被定置競馬禄物料足者也本

現代語訳
正応六年(1293)二月二十三日、社務職を舎弟正祢宜経久に譲り補任した(五十一歳)。在職七年。中大路の神主と号した。久世の時、弘安十年(1287)に競馬の装束を新調して進上された。諸神領の課分配である。
経久(氏久卿四男)
正応六年(1293)二月二十三日、舎兄久世の譲りを受けて神主職に補任された。徳治三年(1308)六月四日、社務職を正祢宜遠久に譲り補任した。在職十六年(朱書きで「十六歟」とあり)。井関の神主と号した。この経久の時、後二条院御宇の嘉元三年(1305)八月八日の暁に御仮殿に移らせ給い、同日の夜に新造の正殿に御遷宮があった。先の御造営の年から四十二年に当たる。この時、近江国船木庄下司職をもって侍所の台盤料所に寄附された。
次にこの経久の時、正安・乾元の頃(1299-1303)、徳政興行の御沙汰を申し立て、一条以北の水田を停止し、甲乙人等の買領を社家に返し附けた。
またこの神主の時、水田二町二段を永代に定め置かれた。競馬禄物料足である。元袖田と申すのはこれである。
次に流木の御油田一段の御寄進があった。本御油田これである。
遠久(氏久卿三男)
徳治三年(1308)六月四日、経久の譲りを受けて神主に補任された。延慶二年(1309)正月二十四日死去。在職七ヶ月。酒殿の神主と号した。
景久(氏久卿二男)
延慶二年(1309)正月二十五日補任された。同三年(1310)四月二十五日、社務職を正祢宜久宗に譲り補任した。在職一年。梅辻子の神主と号した。この景久の時、社務の往来田二町を永代に寄附され、競馬会禄物料足とした。新袖である。
久宗(久世一男)
延慶三年(1310)四月二十五日、景久の譲りを受けて神主に任じられた(四十六歳)。正和六年(1317)正月十六日死去(五十三歳)。在職七年。田向の社務と号した。

On the twenty-third day of the second month of Shōō 6 (1293), he transferred the shrine administrator position to his younger brother, Senior Negi Tsunehisa (at age fifty-one). Seven years of administration. He was called the Nakaooji Shrine Head. During Hisayo's time, in Kōan 10 (1287), new costumes for horse racing were prepared and presented. This was an allocation from the tax revenues of various shrine territories.
Tsunehisa (fourth son of Lord Ujihisa)
On the twenty-third day of the second month of Shōō 6 (1293), he received the transfer from his elder brother Hisayo and was appointed to the shrine head position. On the fourth day of the sixth month of Tokuji 3 (1308), he transferred the shrine administrator position to Senior Negi Tōhisa. Sixteen years of administration (marked in red ink as "sixteen perhaps"). He was called the Iseki Shrine Head. During this Tsunehisa's time, in the reign of Emperor Go-Nijō, on the dawn of the eighth day of the eighth month of Kagen 3 (1305), the deity was moved to the temporary shrine, and on the evening of the same day, there was a divine relocation to the newly constructed main hall. This was forty-two years after the previous reconstruction. At this time, the deputy administrator position of Funaki Manor in Ōmi Province was donated as a source of funding for the samurai office's ceremonial expenses.
Next, during this Tsunehisa's time, around the Shōan and Ken'gen eras (1299-1303), a petition for debt relief governance was submitted, the paddy fields north of Ichijō street were suspended, and the purchased lands of various people were returned to the shrine families.
Also during this shrine head's time, two chō and two tan of paddy fields were permanently established. This was for horse racing ceremony expenses. What was called the original Sodetamura is this.
Next, there was a donation of one tan of oil-producing fields from Nagaregi. This is the original oil fields.
Tōhisa (third son of Lord Ujihisa)
On the fourth day of the sixth month of Tokuji 3 (1308), he received the transfer from Tsunehisa and was appointed shrine head. He died on the twenty-fourth day of the first month of Enkyō 2 (1309). Seven months of administration. He was called the Sakadono Shrine Head.
Kagehisa (second son of Lord Ujihisa)
Appointed on the twenty-fifth day of the first month of Enkyō 2 (1309). On the twenty-fifth day of the fourth month of the third year (1310), he transferred the shrine administrator position to Senior Negi Hisamune. One year of administration. He was called the Ume-no-tsuji Shrine Head. During this Kagehisa's time, two chō of the shrine administrator's transport fields were permanently donated as funding for horse racing ceremony expenses. This is the new sleeve fields.
Hisamune (first son of Hisayo)
On the twenty-fifth day of the fourth month of Enkyō 3 (1310), he received the transfer from Kagehisa and was appointed shrine head (at age forty-six). He died on the sixteenth day of the first month of Shōwa 6 (1317) (at age fifty-three). Seven years of administration. He was called the Tamukai Administrator.
