給えるかとはこのような事であろうか。心ある人は、その恐れによって袖を両眼に覆って、決して御遷宮を拝見申し上げなかった。二十三日より定久は山門に居住していたため、二十四日より日供が欠如することになりそうな間、一社一同の評定を加えて、種々奔走して調進した。当年は御手代会神事等を欠如させてしまった。同年六月晦日の御戸開の時は、去る二十三日の還御の御座が未だ定まらない間、社司が御内に参らず、御戸だけを開き奉り、神供は外に備え奉った。これにより七月七日の御戸開は、さっと夜陰になしたて、社頭の御燈を消して、正祢宜員平と権祝保清の二人が神体の御座を定め奉った。この定久卿の御結鎮用途の内、結番頭の氏人五人に給り、合力とした。
次にこの神主の時、楼門前の反橋を新造に渡されて、始めて金物を打たれた。
教久（遠久の三男、経久の猶子）
建武三年八月十三日、前正祢宜より神主に補された（五十三歳）。康永元年六月十三日、社務職を正祢宜員平に譲り補した（五十九歳）。この時暦応五年正月十二日夜、大田社の御内に盗人が入った。明くる十三日に見つけた。神主教久と正祢宜員平の両人が浄衣で参った。当官者である大田祢宜宗平と同祝宗久が各々衣冠を着して相共に御内に参って拝見したところ、格別な御事はなかった。御祓を進らせて御錠を直し奉った。
同年四月の御掃除の朝、氏人等が見つけたところ、渡殿の御錠が外れているとて驚いた。社務を始めとして社司氏人等が参り集った。教久が御内に参って、神宝ならびに御調度以下一つも失われていない由を触れた。
次に教久の時、暦応年中に社頭馬場にて五番競馬があった。

Could this be what is meant by "giving"? Those with conscience covered their eyes with their sleeves out of reverence and absolutely did not witness the divine relocation. Since Sadahisa had been residing at the mountain gate from the twenty-third day, the daily offerings were about to be suspended from the twenty-fourth day, so with unanimous deliberation of the entire shrine, they made various efforts to provide them. That year, the Oteshiro-e and other divine ceremonies were suspended. During the opening of the divine doors on the last day of the sixth month of the same year, since the location of the divine seat from the return on the twenty-third day was still undetermined, the shrine officials did not enter the inner sanctuary, only opening the divine doors and preparing the divine offerings outside. Therefore, the opening of the divine doors on the seventh day of the seventh month was conducted swiftly under cover of darkness, extinguishing the sacred lamps at the shrine grounds, with Head Priest Kazuhira and Assistant Priest Yasukiyo determining the location of the divine seat. From Lord Sadahisa's settlement funds, five parishioners serving as group leaders were given payment as assistance.
During this head priest's tenure, the arched bridge in front of the tower gate was newly constructed and metal fittings were installed for the first time.
Norihisa (third son of Tōhisa, adopted son of Tsunehisa)
On the thirteenth day of the eighth month of Kenmu 3, he was appointed head priest from the position of former head priest (age 53). On the thirteenth day of the sixth month of Kōei 1, he transferred the position of shrine administrator to Head Priest Kazuhira (age 59). At this time, on the night of the twelfth day of the first month of Rekiō 5, thieves entered the inner sanctuary of Ōta Shrine. This was discovered on the morning of the thirteenth day. Head Priest Norihisa and Head Priest Kazuhira both came in ritual white robes. The officials in charge, Ōta Priest Munehira and Assistant Priest Munehisa, each wore court dress and together entered the inner sanctuary to inspect, where nothing particular was amiss. They performed purification rituals and repaired the sacred locks.
In the fourth month of the same year, during the morning cleaning, the parishioners discovered that the locks of the connecting hall had come undone and were alarmed. Starting with the shrine administrator, shrine officials and parishioners gathered. Norihisa entered the inner sanctuary and announced that not a single sacred treasure or ritual implement had been lost.
During Norihisa's tenure, in the Rekiō era, there was a five-round horse race at the shrine grounds' riding field.
