また御所の庭にて蹴鞠があった。上鞠は神主教久、鞠役は正祢宜員平の三男慶命丸、鞠足は社司氏人であった。装束は随意で、あるいは布衣、浄衣であった。同日、楼門の下にて管弦があった。一日中、蹴鞠・競馬・管弦の三度、希代の遊宴であった。さらにまたこの時、忌子屋が修理を加えられた。
この社務の代に建武年中に、貴布祢祢宜頼久と同祝行久の両官共に無力により、御祭の神事を勤仕することが難しい由を上裁に仰いだところ、種々御沙汰に及び、社務教久と権祢宜久俊の両人を召して、子息等を今度の祠官の欠員に補すべき由の勅約を下され、人別に二千疋、両人中より四千疋を両官に渡し、神事を頼久・行久が無事に勤仕し遂げた。しかる間、後日勅約に違わず、教久の三男十郎大夫光久、久俊の嫡子慶寿大夫床久が召し加えられた。

The lead player was Head Priest Norihisa, the ball handler was Keimei-maru (third son of Head Priest Kazuhira), and the footwork players were shrine officials and parishioners. The attire was at their discretion - either court dress or ritual white robes. On the same day, there was court music performance below the tower gate. Throughout the day, with kemari, horse racing, and court music three times, it was an unprecedented entertainment gathering. Furthermore, at this time, the taboo hut was repaired.
During this shrine administrator's tenure, in the Kenmu era, both Kifune Priest Yorihisa and Assistant Priest Yukihisa reported to the higher authorities that due to their lack of resources, it was difficult to perform the divine rituals of the festivals. After various deliberations, Shrine Administrator Norihisa and Assistant Head Priest Hisatoshi were summoned, and an imperial decree was issued that their sons should be appointed to fill the current vacancies in the shrine positions. Two thousand mon per person, totaling four thousand mon from both men, was given to the two officials, and Yorihisa and Yukihisa successfully completed their ritual duties without incident. Subsequently, in accordance with the imperial decree, Norihisa's third son Jūrō-dayū Mitsuhisa and Hisatoshi's eldest son Keiju-dayū Tokohisa were summoned and added to the positions.
