《First son of Tadayori》 《Son of Narizane》 Narunobu: On the thirteenth day of the fifth month of the second year of Eishō (1047), he received the transfer from Yasuyori and was appointed to the shinshū position. On the night of the twenty-fifth day of the eighth month of the third year of the same era, he was shot and killed by negi Chikatsune, hafuri Motonobu, gon-negi Shigenaga and others before the new shrine of Kifune. Due to this, while the shinshū position remained vacant, until the eighteenth day of the twelfth month of the sixth year of the same era, that is for four years, Korenori of this shrine served as acting shinshū for four years and one year. 《Second son of Narizane》 Narisuke: On the nineteenth day of the twelfth month of the sixth year of Eishō (1051), he surpassed his elder brother, the formal negi Naritsugu, and was appointed from gon-negi to the shinshū position《at eighteen years old》. He died in the second year of Eihō (1082)《at forty-nine years old》. He governed for twenty-five years. He was called the shrine administrator of Ōike. However, from the sixth year of Eishō to the second year of Eihō is thirty-two years. The twenty-five years mentioned may be because during the Tenki and Kōhei eras, he was dismissed from the shrine administrative position for six years during his tenure due to certain circumstances. At this time, on the twenty-first day of the fifth month of the first year of Jiryaku (1065), Tendai monks gathered and came to this shrine, read the Ninnō-kyō and prayed for rain. At that time, there was a small snake before the sacred treasure hall that spitted out water, and rain fell without darkening the time. Also during Narisuke's time, there were two shrine reconstructions. The first was During the reign of Emperor Go-Reizei, in the third year of Kōhei (1060)《Kanoe-Ne》, the ceremonial axe beginning on the eighth day of the fourth month, the ridge-raising ceremony on the twentieth day of the sixth month of the same year, and the shrine relocation on the twenty-ninth day of the eighth month of the same year. The later time was during the reign of Emperor Shirakawa, in the first year of Eihō (1081)《Kanoto-Tori》, the ridge-raising ceremony on the thirteenth day of the third month, and the shrine relocation on the thirteenth day of the eighth month of the same year. This corresponds to twenty-two years from the previous reconstruction. Also at this time, during Emperor Shirakawa's reign, there was an imperial visit to this shrine on the twenty-third day of the fourth month of the third year of Jōhō (1066). This should become an annual precedent from this year. 《First son of Narizane》 Narutsune: Appointed in the second year of Eihō (1082)《at fifty-five years old》, died in the fifth year of Kanji (1091)《at sixty-four years old》. He governed for nine years. He was called the shinshū of Yamaki. This Narutsune encountered the night parade of one hundred demons on Ōmiya Avenue. The female attendant who was riding in the same carriage was taken and tormented for a time in a bamboo grove, but Narutsune was unharmed. This was because he possessed the Uṣṇīṣavijayā dhāraṇī. During this Narutsune's time, in the reign of Emperor Horikawa, on the twenty-fourth day of the twelfth month of the third year of Kanji (1089), he established and presented the imperial meal offerings, and in the same twelfth month presented matters concerning the imperial meal offerings to Ōta Daimyōjin. On the twenty-second day of the first month of the fourth year of the same era, an imperial decree was issued. The upper and lower shrines were ordered to offer daily imperial meal provisions, with Shō-kurōdo Sasshōben Fujiwara no Asomi Tamefusa, and Sadaishi
