右同様に四、五寸降り積もりました。
一、街道筋のうち坂本宿から碓氷峠まで、場所によっては四、五尺程降り積もり、往来の通路がございません。
一、坂本宿の百姓家は大概屋根が打ち抜かれ、住居することができません。石造りの小屋掛けなどを建てて、当時はそこに住んでおります。
一、百姓家の全壊 二十一軒
ただし、街道筋も含む

一、代官所並びに城内の高札場等には異常ございません。

碓氷峠の箇所は通路がございませんので、すべて調べることができません。よって、右の場所のことは後日申し上げます。群馬郡内の村々は、全体的に降灰が薄い方でございます。立毛（立っている稲）が荒れても立ち直るでしょうか。その他はみな被害なしの趣でございます。在所の家来どもから申し越しましたので、まずはこの段御届け申し上げます。以上

Since this information has been sent from retainers in the affected areas, we submit this preliminary report. The above.
