信州浅間山が噴火したということで、先月下旬から地震が発生し、上州の私の領地である矢田では今月5日頃から8日頃まで焼けた砂や焼石が降り、3寸ほども降り積もったと現地の家来たちから報告がありましたので、お届け申し上げます。以上

The above document was submitted to Tanuma Tonomo-no-kami, who is the official in charge this month, so there are no discrepancies whatsoever. There will likely be more detailed petitions and other notification documents to follow, but it is extremely difficult to express everything in writing. For now, I have copied only the urgent appeals, thinking this might serve as a story for future generations, and have hastily copied this without concern for the quality of paper or brush.
