右の者は御勝手向き累年の物事で、御窮迫により莫大な御借財となり、御訳付けに置き難く、口々も無御拠で、この度在町へ御任せ被仰出候。右に付き返済取扱方の世話を申し付け候。これにより金子割合帳並びに証文帳等を下げ渡し置き候間、町役人へ申し談じ、取扱方の委細の義は御代官中・御仕送中へ伺い出入りを念入りに相勤めるべく候。
右の趣を申し渡すべく候。以上

Regarding these individuals: Due to years of financial difficulties in domain finances, enormous debts have accumulated, making it difficult to manage through official channels. As various approaches have proven ineffective, it has been decided this time to entrust the matter to the local townspeople. Accordingly, supervisory responsibility for debt repayment has been assigned. Therefore, account books for monetary allocations and promissory note ledgers have been handed down. The town officials should be consulted, and detailed arrangements should be handled through careful consultation with the district magistrates and financial administrators.
The above matter should be communicated accordingly.
