一塩茶肴趣先年問屋ニ而
　取来リ候口銭割合之内此度
　一分引ニ申付諸品直段

現代語訳

一、塩・茶・肴について、従来問屋で取り扱ってきた口銭（手数料）の割合のうち、今回一分（25%）減額することを申し付け、諸品の値段をよく取引先まで吟味して、できる限り安価になるよう東次・家内吉に命じる。また、従来申し付けておいた取扱業者と相談して処理すべきである。

一、他所の肴屋から当地の同業者へ直接送られてくる荷物についても、東次・家内吉方へ委託される荷物と同様の口銭を取ってきたが、この分については今後口銭を半減することとする。

一、塩・茶についても、右の商売をする者の店へ直接卸す分についても、同様に半減の口銭とすることとする。

一、これまで問屋から受け取った品物代金の勘定を年中何度も決済していたとのことであるが、今後も同様とする。ただし口銭も一分減額を申し付け、その他店卸しについても
