現代語訳
申すべき候。もっとも口銭一分引きの件については、居置銭百文につき四文の口銭のうち一分を引いて、三文の割合をもって取り計らうべきことである。
ただし藤沢仲馬らが一度荷物世話役両人のうちに組み込まれた上で、魚屋らに持ち出して相対売りをしたい分については、永続きの上、勝手次第に致すべきである。もっとも口銭の件については、他所の魚屋への直送りと同様に半減を申し付ける事。
右の趣旨について、そなたら役場において三品世話役をはじめ商売取扱いの者らを呼び出して申し渡しておくべきものである。

This shall be done. Regarding the matter of deducting one portion from the commission, for every 100 mon of storage fees, one portion shall be deducted from the four mon commission, and arrangements shall be made at a rate of three mon.
However, concerning the matter where Fujisawa Nakama and others, once incorporated into one of the two cargo handlers, wish to take goods to fish vendors for direct negotiated sales, this may be done at their discretion provided it continues permanently. Regarding commissions in such cases, they shall be reduced by half, the same as for direct shipments to fish vendors elsewhere.
Regarding the above matters, you shall summon the three-commodity handlers and other commercial dealers to your office and convey these instructions to them.
