右の者について、西町村の治郎兵衛の申し立てによると、見回り村々に出ており、不適切な行為ばかりを行っている。不届き至極につき、厳しく申し付けるべき事項があるが、格別の配慮を加え、他村への徘徊を差し止めることを申し付ける。
右の趣旨を申し渡すものである。

右の趣旨について御書き下しがあり、こちらの月番が申し渡した。小頭御両人、こちらの同役両人が立ち合い、同道の者である表役の弥市へ相渡し申した。
近年以来、諸方面が追々困窮に及び、難儀することになるにつき、種々の御世話もあったが、累年の借財が多い輩は容易に勝手向きが立ち直ることができないようである。そこでこの度、御救いの厚い思し召しをもって、公儀諸御代官見附の御仕法替えの上、蔵宿貸出金の年賦済み方を仰せ出されたところ、世上の金銀の出入りも元来相対貸借であり、御上は取り立てや裁許にも
