現代語訳

【右丁】
金銭蟹　ゼニガニ　小紋蟹とも言う。雑多な魚介類の中に偶然混じって獲れる。後脚は平たく
して杓子のようである。カザメ（エイ）の脚に似ている。甲羅の左右に尖った刺がある。乾燥させて保存し、
年月を経たものは甲羅が白くなって赤褐色の豹柄模様をなして美しい。この類にも数
種類ある。

Money crab　Zenigani　Also called small-pattern crab. It occasionally gets mixed in among various seafood catches. The hind legs are flat
like ladles. They resemble the fins of rays (kazame). There are sharp spines on the left and right sides of the carapace. When dried and stored
for years, the carapace becomes white with reddish-brown leopard-like patterns, which is beautiful. There are also several
species of this type.
