【右丁上段】
未年八月九日（に観察した）ホウ（カメムシ）の類で、形は鈴虫に似て細い。臭くない。
前の二足のみ太く黒い。

ホウ（カメムシ）の類で大毒虫である。毒荏（ドクエ）の木の葉を食う虫である。全
身が堅く甲羅があり、朱色と丹色の二種がある。黒い部分は全て
紺青または紫に光って美しい。その
毒は斑猫（ハンミョウ）よりも激烈である
