白頸蚯蚓　和名カブラミヽズト呼フ　和名抄ニ此名見ヘタリミヽズ
　ヲ加州ニテメミズト云此物眼ナク見ルコトナシト云コトヨリ此名アリト
　今此白頸ノモノヲ撰用ユ味殊ニ甜キヲ以テ鰻（ウナギ）ヲ釣ルニ此モノヲ用ユ大
　小共ニアリ熱毒ヲ解ス本草ニ丹毒漆瘡等ニ此泥ヲ擦ルコトアリ今
　蜂螫焮腫其痛不可忍モノに沙
　糖ヲ和調ヘヲ#1ニテ板ノ上ニテ糊ヲ
　打スル如クスレハ泥ノ如クニナルヲ
　患上ニ塗ル其腫痛忽ニ消解ス転活
　シテ代指瘭疽等熱毒強盛ノモノニ
　塗テ更妙トス
　他薬ノ及フ処ニ非
　ス蜂螫ニ際ラズ凢諸
　毒虫螫ニ伝塗
　五六月ノ際
　向暑両三日

白頸蚯蚓　和名はカブラミミズと呼ぶ　和名抄にこの名が見える　ミミズ
を加州（加賀国）ではメミズと言う　この生き物は眼がなく見ることがないということからこの名があると言う
今この白い首のものを選んで用いる　味が特に甘いので鰻を釣るのにこれを使う　大
小ともにいる　熱毒を解く　本草書に丹毒や漆瘡などにこの泥を塗ることがある　今
蜂に刺されて腫れ上がり、その痛みに堪えられないものに砂
糖を混ぜ合わせて板の上で糊を
練るようにすれば泥のようになるので
患部の上に塗る　その腫れと痛みはたちまち消え去る　さらに効果的で
代指（ひょうそ）や瘭疽など熱毒の強いものに
塗ってもっと効果的である
他の薬の及ぶところではない
蜂刺しに限らず、およそあらゆる
毒虫の刺傷に塗る
五、六月の頃
暑さに向かって二、三日
続いて夜中に
土上に出て

迫されて平たくなり硬くな
るものが多い
本草の附方
に薬用に供することを
載せる　地龍が銭の
ような形に蜷局しているものを用いるのが良いとする　嬰童百問に銭子地
龍乾と言う　ここに図示するところのものがこれである　小暑六月の節の四、五日の間にこのものがいる
本草綱目で言うところの千人踏もこれである
