但右御書付之趣御廻状ニ而諸大名相廻り候得共御家替
御礼以前ニ付御呼出ニ而被相渡之
一 閏四月《割書：日不｜詳》御領所之儀御老中水野和泉守御留守居宮北
十郎左衛門 罷出相伺候処只今迄之通御心得被成候様用人を以
御指図有之
但右之通御指図有之ニ付御家督以後再御伺無之
一 同月廿八日御用番安藤対馬守 殿ゟ御呼出御留守居大関
新五左衛門 罷出候処先達而被指出候御伺書ニ御附紙を以御献
上之御腰之儀廿枚与被指出候得共十五枚之御道具
御献上被成候様御指図有之
一 五月朔日端午御祝儀御献上之儀御忌中ニ付御献上不被
成候段御用番水野和泉守 殿江御留守居大谷一右衛門 罷出
相伺候処御忌明之上御伺被成候様御指図有之
一 同月三日御家督被 仰出候節御幼年ニ付御名代御指出

ただし右の御書付の趣旨は御回状にて諸大名に回覧されたが、御家督替えの
御礼以前につき御呼び出しにて相渡された
一 閏四月《日付不詳》御領所の件について御老中水野和泉守の元へ御留守居宮北
十郎左衛門が出向いて伺ったところ、今まで通りに心得るよう用人を通じて
御指図があった
ただし右の通り御指図があったので、御家督以後は再度の伺いは無し
一 同月二十八日、御用番安藤対馬守殿からの御呼び出しで、御留守居大関
新五左衛門が出向いたところ、先日提出した御伺書に御附紙をもって御献
上の御腰物の件について二十枚と提出したが、十五枚の御道具を
御献上するよう御指図があった
一 五月朔日、端午の御祝儀御献上の件について、御忌中につき御献上を
行わない段を御用番水野和泉守殿へ御留守居大谷一右衛門が出向いて
伺ったところ、御忌明けの上で御伺いするよう御指図があった
一 同月三日、御家督を仰せ出された際、御幼年につき御名代を指し出し
たい旨を御用番水野和泉守殿へ御留守居大関新五左衛門《直宥》が
左の通り御書付を持参して提出した

However, although the contents of the above written notice were circulated among the various daimyo by official circular, it was delivered through a summons because it was before the ceremony for the succession.
1. Intercalary 4th month (date unclear): Regarding the domain territory, the caretaker Miyakita Jūrōzaemon went to inquire of Rōjū Mizuno Izumi-no-kami, and received instructions through a retainer to continue as before.
However, since such instructions were given, there was no need for further inquiry after the succession.
1. On the 28th of the same month: Summoned by Duty Officer Andō Tsushima-no-kami, the caretaker Ōseki Shingozaemon went and was told that regarding the matter of sword offerings mentioned in the inquiry document submitted earlier with an attached note, although twenty pieces had been proposed, instructions were given to offer fifteen pieces of equipment.
1. 1st day of 5th month: Regarding the ceremonial offerings for the Boys' Festival, caretaker Ōtani Ichiuemon went to inquire of Duty Officer Mizuno Izumi-no-kami that no offerings would be made due to the mourning period, and received instructions to make inquiry after the end of mourning.
1. 3rd day of the same month: When the succession was announced, caretaker Ōseki Shingozaemon (Naoyasu) submitted the following written document to Duty Officer Mizuno Izumi-no-kami, requesting to appoint a representative due to the young age:
When Matsudaira Senjirō is granted succession, he is of young age, so we request to appoint a representative from among the relatives
