In the fourth month, Yoshinori performed the ceremony of the first official seal (hanshihajiime) in the court noble style. In the eighth month, Yoshinori made a pilgrimage to Iwashimizu Hachimangū Shrine. In the same month, Yoshinori established regulations for the bugyōnin (administrative officers), and rulings were issued regarding confiscated properties (kessho) in the various provinces.
