Generally, the extreme of small numbers becomes emptiness (kū), and the extreme of large numbers becomes void (kyo). When reaching those extremes, they are beyond what the eye can perceive. Also, in mathematical precision texts, "futsu" is recorded after "mō." Therefore, calendrical texts often use the character "futsu."

one-shaku square is one shaku four sun one fun four rin and more. Therefore it is called "angle."
