但浄光院様御石塔場御修復之儀者備前守様ゟ可被

被 仰付候も御遠慮ニ候間従御双方被 仰付候様被成度
現代語訳
一、六月十四日、暑中につき御書をもって例の通り御国産の素麺・干鯛を献上した。
一、同月二十七日、端午の御祝儀御献上につき御内書が御城においてお渡しがあり、御家来への拝領物等は例の通りであった。
一、同月末日、今度豊姫様が御離縁となったため、最前に花山院殿より進められた御結納の御小袖【以下読めず】を御返しすることとなり、飛鳥井宰相殿の家来まで相渡すよう、京都御留守居本多武兵衛直頼方まで申し遣わすよう仰せ出された。
但し昌明様・清照院様への御祝物は御返却しない。
一、七月六日、御誕生日の御祝儀のため、御使者をもって例の通り黄金を献上した。
一、同月十八日、御書をもって例の通り御国産の初鱈を献上した。
一、八月朔日、御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り御太刀馬代を献上した。
一、同月八日、紀州高野山に建て置かれた御代々様の御石塔の囲垣等が所々破損したため、御修復を仰せ出され、破損奉行関又十郎元寛を高野山へ派遣し、今日福井を出立した。
但し浄光院様の御石塔場の御修復の件については、備前守様より仰せ付けられるか、御家において仰せ付けられるか、備前守様の御家老まで申し談じるよう仰せ出されたため、書状をもって懸合に及んだところ、彼方より御修復を仰せ付けられるのも御遠慮であるので、御双方より仰せ付けられるようにしたい旨であった。

1. On June 14th, due to the summer heat season, a letter was sent presenting the customary local products of sōmen noodles and dried sea bream.
1. On the 27th of the same month, regarding the presentation of congratulatory gifts for the Boys' Festival, an inner letter was delivered at the castle, and gifts bestowed upon retainers followed the usual custom.

On the last day of the same month, due to Princess Toyo's divorce, it was ordered that the betrothal gifts of kosode robes [text below illegible] previously sent by Lord Kazanin be returned through the retainers of Lord Asukani Saisho, with instructions sent to Honda Bukei Naoyori, the Kyoto caretaker.
Note: The congratulatory gifts to Lord Masaaki and Seishōin were not returned.
1. On July 6th, for the celebration of [the Shogun's] birthday, gold was presented through an envoy as customary.
1. On the 18th of the same month, the first cod of the season from the domain was presented as customary through a letter.
1. On August 1st, for congratulatory purposes, a ceremonial sword and horse payment were presented through an envoy as customary.
1. On the 8th of the same month, due to damage in various places to the stone monument enclosures of the successive generations built at Kōyasan in Kii Province, repairs were ordered. Seki Matajūrō Motohiro, the damage magistrate, was dispatched to Kōyasan and departed from Fukui today.
Note: Regarding the repairs to Jōkōin's stone monument site, whether it should be ordered by Lord Bizen-no-kami or ordered by our house, consultation with Lord Bizen-no-kami's chief retainer was ordered. When correspondence was exchanged about this matter, the response was that it would be presumptuous for them alone to order the repairs, so they wished both parties to jointly order them.
