ために設けたる条目に基くなり。その条目の原書は現に我が外務局に存せり。左のごとし。
第一 各国会議をなすに当たり、「イタリー」国は「デューク」の領地なる「ベネチア」および「プロイセン」国と同意たるべき事。
第二 会議一決せざるときは、「フランス」・「プロイセン」の両国これを討論すべき事。
第三 「プロイセン」国は会議散解の後十日の内に「オーストリア」国に向かい異論を発すべき事。
第四 「オーストリア」国これに応ぜざるとき「プロイセン」国……

...these [negotiations] are based on the articles established [for that purpose]. The original document of those articles is currently preserved in our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They read as follows:
Article 1: In convening the congress of nations, "Italy" shall be in agreement with "Venice," which is the territory of the "Duke," and with "Prussia."
Article 2: Should the congress fail to reach a unanimous decision, the two nations of "France" and "Prussia" shall deliberate on the matter.
Article 3: "Prussia" shall, within ten days after the dissolution of the congress, issue a formal objection toward "Austria."
Article 4: Should "Austria" fail to respond to this, "Prussia"……
