現代語訳
一 同六丑年七月、御供番を仰せつけられた。
一 同年八月、御小性を仰せつけられた。
一 同七寅年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌卯年病気につき願い出た通り御暇を下賜され帰参した。
一 同八卯年五月二十日、二十七歳にて病死した際断絶した。法名桃源院天賢慧森居士、葬所は同上。

一 安永二巳年十月、養母の願い出た通り御扶持方三人分の御振替を下賜された。
一 同四未年閏十二月、外士を仰せつけられた。
英語訳
One In the 7th month of the same 6th year, ox year (1769), he was appointed to the御供番 (lord's escort guard).
One In the 8th month of the same year, he was appointed as 御小性 (page to the lord).
One In the 9th month of the same 7th year, tiger year (1770), he went up to Edo for guard duty, and in the following rabbit year (1771), due to illness, he was granted leave as petitioned and returned home.
One On the 20th day of the 5th month of the same 8th year, rabbit year (1771), he died of illness at age 27, and the family line was discontinued. His Buddhist name was Tōgen'in Tenken Eishin Koji, burial site same as above.
