現代語訳
一 同九子年正月、並の御作に御直し下賜され、御小性を仰せつけられた。
一 同年二月、藤蔵と改名したい旨願い出て許可された。
一 同年七月、宣明院様附の御小性を仰せつけられ、同九月江戸表へ上った。
一 同年十月、宣明院様御附を仰せつけられ派遣されることになったため、思し召しをもって御古御小袖一着を下賜された。
ただしこの後
御三方様の御櫛番を相勤めたため、右の下賜品並びに御納戸払いにて御召古の御品々を度々下賜された。
一 天明元丑年十一月、御膳番見習を仰せつけられた。
一 同四辰年五月、妻帯したため増扶持二人分を下賜された。
一 同五巳年六月、宣明院様が御逝去されたため

One In the 1st month of the same 9th year, rat year (1776), he was granted correction to regular御作 and appointed as 御小性 (page to the lord).
One In the 2nd month of the same year, his petition to change his name to Tōzō was granted.
One In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed as 御小性 attached to Lord Senmyōin, and in the 9th month of the same year, he went up to Edo.
One In the 10th month of the same year, he was appointed as attendant to Lord Senmyōin and dispatched, and by his lordship's gracious consideration, he was granted one old kosode robe.

As he served as 御櫛番 (comb attendant) to the three lords, he was frequently granted such gifts as well as old garments from the lord's wardrobe disposals.
One In the 11th month of Tenmei 1, ox year (1781), he was appointed as apprentice to the 御膳番 (meal service).
One In the 5th month of the same 4th year, dragon year (1784), as he took a wife, he was granted an additional stipend for two persons.
One In the 6th month of the same 5th year, snake year (1785), Lord Senmyōin passed away, so
