現代語訳
衛門は水谷の家に仕官し、禄および役職は不詳、常州下館に居住していた。市太夫が十一歳の時、父作左衛門と共に何らかの事情により常州を立ち退き、（透）公様へ奉公していたが、十九歳の時に何らかの事情により浪人となった。
一 寛文元年（1661）二月、御知行百五十石を下され、召し出されて常詰外様組付けを仰せ付けられ、神保内蔵助組に入った。
一 同六年（1666）午年（月不詳）、人返しの者を預けられ、御近習並を仰せ付けられ、御長囲炉裏へ詰めて、御町奉行所その他御役人方の所々へ御用使等を務めた。その節、原田主馬組に属し、御扶持も御近習並として下された。
一 同九年（1669）酉年四月、土津様が三田御屋敷へ御隠居なされた節、御次の御人が少ないため、昼夜共に

When Ichidayū was eleven years old, he and his father Sakuzaemon left Jōshū due to some circumstances, and served Lord (Tōru), but at the age of nineteen, he became a rōnin (masterless samurai) due to some circumstances.
