現代語訳
詰めるべき旨を仰せ付けられ、御夜詰まで勤めた。
一 貞享元年（1684）子年十二月、御金荷物付を仰せ付けられ、立ち帰りのため会津へ下った。
一 同二年（1685）丑年（月不詳）、山崎左助組に属することになった。
一 同四年（1687）卯年（月不詳）、三田御屋敷仮御目付を仰せ付けられた。
一 元禄五年（1692）申年十月、願いの通り御役を免じられ、会津へ下った。
一 同年十二月、願いの通り息子鉄右衛門が御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十四年（1701）巳年十二月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十五年（1702）午年十一月二十五日、病死。法名は普光院邦常性居士、葬所は松林山常光寺。

1. In the second year of the same era (1685), year of the Ox (month unknown), he joined Yamazaki Sasuke's unit.
1. In the fourth year of the same era (1687), year of the Rabbit (month unknown), he was appointed as temporary inspector at the Mita residence.
1. In the fifth year of Genroku (1692), year of the Monkey, tenth month, as requested, he was relieved of his official duties and went down to Aizu.
1. In the same year, twelfth month, as requested, his son Tetsuzaemon was appointed as his replacement guard.
1. In the fourteenth year of the same era (1701), year of the Snake, twelfth month, as requested, he was granted retirement.
1. In the fifteenth year of the same era (1702), year of the Horse, eleventh month, twenty-fifth day, he died of illness. His posthumous Buddhist name was Fukōin Hōjōshō Koji, and he was buried at Shōrinzan Jōkōji Temple.
