現代語訳
一 同六年（1721）丑年二月、徳翁様御前において、今度紹栴院様御入輿の御用を精出してよく勤めた段につき、御意により御小袖を下し置かれた。
一 同年十一月、紹栴院様御前において骨折って勤めた段につき、御意により御長上下を下し置かれた。
一 同七年（1722）寅年四月、御用繁多のところ精出してよろしく勤めたことにより、只今までの御役料五十石を御加増として御直に下し置かれた。
一 同年七月、御普請奉行兼役を仰せ付けられ、御目付とともに両役を勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、同心料一人分、御役料金五両を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された。
一 同年十一月、御普請奉行を仰せ付けられ、御目付の儀は只今までの通り兼役として勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一 同九年（1724）辰年閏四月、願いの通り御目付兼務を御免になり、且つ梶原弥三郎御[続く]

- In the 2nd month of the 6th year of Kyōhō (1721), Year of the Ox, before Tokuō-sama, for working diligently and performing well in the duties related to Shōsen'in-sama's ceremonial entry, by his lordship's gracious intention he was granted a kosode.
- In the 11th month of the same year, before Shōsen'in-sama, for working with dedication, by her gracious intention he was granted a naga-kamishimo.
- In the 4th month of the 7th year of Kyōhō (1722), Year of the Tiger, for working diligently and well despite being very busy with official duties, his current stipend was increased by fifty koku, granted directly by his lordship.
- In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed to serve concurrently as construction magistrate (fusin-bugyō), ordered to serve in both roles together with the inspector (metsuke), and was granted one person's allowance for his assistants and five ryō in gold as his official stipend.
- In the 11th month of the same year, he was appointed as construction magistrate, and it was announced that he should continue to serve concurrently as inspector as before.
